Newspaper animation

Make your front page

Some moments deserve the front page.

Give a personal moment the front page. Build a newspaper animation from one photo, your own headline and an optional subheading. Preview the newspaper animation layout, adjust its pacing and export an MP4.

Your headline is the story.

This newspaper animation is rendered by the actual workbench: one picture, a title, supporting type and a fixed newspaper layout. Replay the newspaper animation to inspect its approach and final hold. The example is fictional demonstration artwork, not a published newspaper or a claim about a real news event.

Shape your newspaper animation

Write the main headline

Your newspaper animation begins with words you supply. Add a main headline of up to 80 characters, then preview how it wraps in the page layout. Short, concrete wording is usually easier to read in a moving clip. The newspaper animation can resize and wrap longer titles, but that does not guarantee legibility at a small display size. Check the final frame before deciding that a longer message fits.

Add context, not clutter

An optional subheading gives the newspaper animation a second level of information. It supports up to 120 characters. Use it for a date, a short explanation or a personal note that helps the main title. The newspaper animation uses a fixed first-version layout, so avoid expecting independent control over every column and text style. A clear hierarchy of headline, photo and supporting words makes that prepared page easier to read.

Choose the photo focus

The newspaper animation places your photo into its newspaper composition. Horizontal and vertical focus controls let you adjust which part of the image is emphasised by the crop. Watch faces, the horizon and any important object near the edge. Your newspaper animation treats the uploaded picture as one photo, not a set of automatically recognised subjects. Prepare an image with useful surrounding space when you expect to move the crop.

Leave time for the words

Set the newspaper animation speed and final hold separately. The approach takes one, two or three seconds, and the finished front page stays for one to four seconds. That gives a newspaper animation a total duration of two to seven seconds. Choose the hold according to how much text you have written, not only how dramatic the entrance feels. A headline still needs time to be read after the movement ends.

A newspaper animation for your story

A celebration

Use a newspaper animation to announce a birthday, a personal milestone or a shared achievement. A portrait and a short headline can make the message clear immediately. Keep your newspaper animation recognisably personal rather than imitating a real publication’s authority. Review the supporting words carefully, and allow a final hold long enough for the recipient to read the page without pausing the video.

A travel dispatch

Build a newspaper animation around a place you visited and the memory you want to introduce. A clear landscape photo and one specific headline work better than trying to fit a complete travel report into the layout. The newspaper animation can open a longer edit; follow it with actual footage or photographs that develop the story. Check that the chosen crop still communicates the location.

An editorial-style opening

A newspaper animation can give an independently designed video an editorial introduction. Use your own wording and photograph, then place the rendered MP4 on the timeline with your other material. The newspaper animation is a visual format, not a source of verified reporting. Do not imply endorsement by a publisher, and do not use the presentation to make invented claims appear like established news.

Build a newspaper animation

  1. 1

Bring a photo and a headline

Open the newspaper animation workbench and import one JPG, PNG or WebP, or explore the prepared example first. Write your headline and add a subheading if needed. The newspaper animation requires a nonempty main title before export. Use truthful personal copy, and check names, dates and spelling yourself; the tool lays out the words you provide rather than reporting or verifying a news story.

  2. 2

    Frame and read the preview

Adjust the newspaper animation photo focus until the crop supports the title. Set the action speed and ending hold, then replay the whole clip. View your newspaper animation at the size it will have in the final edit, paying attention to long lines and small supporting type. If the page feels crowded, simplify the headline or subheading instead of relying on extra motion to make the message understandable.

  3. 3

    Save your short MP4

When the newspaper animation is ready, sign in and choose 720p or 1080p export. The video costs one credit at 720p and two at 1080p. Your newspaper animation is a silent MP4 on a normal background, ready to combine with sound or other footage in an editor. The downloaded clip contains the rendered page, not separately editable text boxes or a newspaper publishing project.

Export your newspaper animation

2–7 s
Adjustable duration

The newspaper animation exports a two-to-seven-second MP4 at 720p or 1080p, using the selected composition. The picture and text are rendered into the video together. A newspaper animation is not a printable newspaper file, a multi-page publication, a layered design document or a video-editing project with separate headline layers.

A newspaper animation preview is free without signing in. Export requires an account and credits, with one credit for 720p and two for 1080p. Check the newspaper animation title, dimensions and cost before confirming. The workbench prevents an empty headline export and reports when the browser cannot encode the chosen resolution.

The newspaper animation currently uses a single layout and fixed approach motion on a normal background. It does not offer green-screen export, a transparent MP4 or AI-written news. Prepare your newspaper animation with those boundaries in mind, then add sound and surrounding footage in another editor if your final project needs them.

Before you start

What can I add to a newspaper animation?

A newspaper animation combines one uploaded photo with your main headline and an optional subheading. You can adjust the photo crop focus, speed, final hold and available presentation settings. The first version uses a prepared newspaper layout and approach motion. It is intended to turn your own message into a short front-page-style video, not to operate as a publishing system.

Does the tool write or verify news?

No. A newspaper animation uses the headline and supporting text you enter. It does not research a story, generate reporting or verify names and facts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the message and your right to use the photograph. The demonstration is fictional artwork, not evidence that an event happened or that a publisher endorsed it.

Is newspaper animation preview free?

Yes. Preview a newspaper animation without signing in, using the example or your own picture and headline. You need an account and credits when exporting MP4. This gives you time to check the crop, title wrapping and duration before choosing a paid output. The workbench shows the selected resolution and credit cost when you export.

How long can the headline be?

Your newspaper animation supports a main headline up to 80 characters and a subheading up to 120 characters. Longer text may shrink and wrap. A valid character count is not a guarantee that the words are easy to read on a phone. Preview the complete page and shorten the wording if the headline loses its visual priority.

Can I change the newspaper layout?

The newspaper animation currently provides one prepared newspaper composition and a fixed approach motion. It is not a full page-layout editor with freely movable columns and type styles. Use the headline, subheading and photo-focus controls to make that composition your own. If the message needs a different structure, simplify it or prepare another kind of artwork before choosing a tool.

Is green-screen export available?

No. The newspaper animation exports with its normal background. Green-screen compositing is available in the separate Unfold and Crumple modes, not in this newspaper tool. The MP4 also has no alpha channel. Plan to use the complete rendered clip in your timeline rather than expecting an isolated newspaper layer on transparency.

How long does the clip last?

A newspaper animation lasts two to seven seconds. Choose a one-, two- or three-second approach, then add one to four seconds of final hold. More words usually need more reading time. Watch the page on a small screen as well as a desktop, and leave the finished title visible long enough for someone seeing it for the first time.

What is included in the download?

The newspaper animation download is a silent MP4 containing the rendered photo, headline, subheading and page design. Export costs one credit at 720p or two at 1080p. Add sound or combine it with other clips in a video editor. It does not include a layered source file, a printable edition or separately editable text elements.

Make this photo your own.

Give your newspaper animation one clear headline and a picture that supports it. Preview the page, leave time to read, and export a newspaper animation for the story you want to tell.
