• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Violates privacy rights of others
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Is sexually explicit or inappropriate for minors

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

Free Service

• Basic animation features are provided free of charge
• Subject to usage limitations and restrictions
• May include service limitations or advertisements

Premium Features

• Advanced features require paid subscription
• Billing cycles: Monthly or annual plans available
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months of service

Payment Terms

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize automatic recurring charges
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Permitted Uses

• Create original animations for personal or commercial use
• Export and download your completed projects
• Share your animations according to these terms

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform
• Share account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
• Use automated tools to access the service
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

Performance

• Export times may vary based on project complexity and server load
• We do not guarantee specific processing speeds
• Large projects may have longer processing times

Data Backup

• Generated files are stored for 90 days from creation. You are responsible for downloading and locally backing up files before they expire; expired files may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
• We are not liable for data loss due to technical issues

Our Rights

• PaperMotion Pro name, logo, and platform design are our trademarks
• The software, algorithms, and platform technology are proprietary
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property

Third-Party Rights

• We respect intellectual property rights of others
• Report copyright infringement to: support@papermotion.pro
• We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices

Service Disclaimers

• Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
• We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements
• We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations

By You

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations
• You may download your content before termination

By Us

We may terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay required fees
• Remain inactive for extended periods (free accounts)

Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and content after reasonable notice
• Surviving provisions include payment obligations and liability limitations

Dispute Resolution Process

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first to resolve disputes informally
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through mediation
